Once again Paul Beecher and the city of Kingman have another lawsuit. Since Beecher neglected to tell the city that he had signed an agreement to pay Weir severance, the severance is now triple per Arizona law plus lawyer fees etc. Again, exactly why are we paying an attorney to watch out for the city ??

This next two weeks should be interesting. Its past time for Beecher to be run out of Arizona
I wonder what these two lawsuits will cost the City in the long run.
Thats assuming we are bonded for most of the cost.
It may end up being cheaper to actually pay his severance pay. These little "goofs" of his are going to add up to more than the 250k severance I think.
